Crystallisation – completely natural

Natural honey crystallises over time – some varieties faster, others more slowly. This is not a quality defect, but a natural sign of real, untreated honey. Taste and quality are fully preserved. Heather honey naturally has a special, jelly-like consistency and crystallises more coarsely over time.

If you would like to make crystallised honey liquid again, simply place the jar in a warm water bath at a maximum of 40 °C and stir occasionally. This way it slowly turns liquid again without affecting its aroma and taste. Do not heat in the microwave or above 40 °C.

Note: Honey is a natural product. Not suitable for infants under 12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Raw & natural

Our honey is extracted raw, not filtered and not heated. After harvesting, it is only coarsely strained to remove wax residue – everything else stays just as the bees made it. This way it keeps its natural character and typical aromas.

Straight from the beekeeper

Our honey comes from a small, family-run apiary. The bee colonies are looked after with great care and experience – as has been the custom in a beekeeping family for generations.

From our own apiary

From caring for the bee colonies to the harvest, we pay attention to every single step. Our hives stand in a rural region of Poland – surrounded by meadows, fields and forests.

In the heart of nature

Something is in bloom around our hives almost all year round. The bees collect nectar wherever nature offers it – in meadows and from the flowering plants in the area.

What it looks like

Linden honey is naturally light and golden yellow, often with a slightly greenish tint. Fresh, it is liquid; over time it crystallises finely. This brings out its characteristic spicy, aromatic flavour – on its own, in tea or for sweetening.

An honest natural product

Honest honey needs nothing but the work of the bees. What the bees create reaches you just as nature intended – natural and with the full character of its origin.
